Victor Program & Matsumoto, Japan

I've started a project to get a fuller picture of the group's rehabilitation camps for rebellious teens. The camps or rehabilitation homes for exposing and purging out "evil and demons" had many names over the years, but for a time they were known as the "Victor Program."



For starters, I'd like to find out everything I can about the Victor Program that was in Matsumoto, Japan.



For example, what exactly went on there day-to-day? Who were the people in charge? What years was it in operation? Where exactly was the program located? And so on.



Anything you can share would be a big help. Thanks!
