Did you click on the link under the left menu on this Journeys page? It's supposed to be a new page, but not a popup.
The error message is usually caused by people forgotting to fill in their return email address. Did you do that?
You have to fill in something in every field: name, email, subject and message.
Sorry about the inconvenience, but it saves me countless hours dealing with unsolicited mail.
