Berg's manipulated his followers with things like that "if you think think think .....", he expounded on it time and time again: you are your worst enemy, there's nothing good about you, the handicap of natural ability, the less there is of you, etc. ...everything and anything to denigrate the idea of having self worth. Berg said all the analyzing and agonizing won't do it. He was wrong. It wasn't until I was out of the Fam and started getting the Fam out of me that I could begin to build my own charater and self esteem. I believe in analyzing ...who I am, what is it in my past that makes this way or that way, what do I believe and why do I believe it. Nothing agonizing about it either.
