What?I only can refer to subjects you mentioned/addressed?..please.I just felt to throw in Berg for spice, to rub it in...cause it fits.It would have been like the unification formula of "love"/lust if he could have proven freedom for all so to speak...I mentioned once before, that A.Crowley's parents/relatives (forgot) were linked to/part of the British brethren movement, which wing I forgot also (open or close..Plymouth..Raven...whatnot)
I mean, that's the one who advocated: do as you please....just a thought...since we're at it, something similar can be said of Nietzsche & Schleiermacher & there are probably many more examples of offsprings of preachers, who went the opposite direction...
So do I have the freedom to put Berg & TF into the light of scripture as I see it fit...sure it's kind of relative...my take always...so what was your point?Must I "streamline" my comments to suit you?
I get the feeling, that you haven't even given the links a try...it would upset your present status quo?Anyway, the arguments portrayed there are far more convincing then what I heard here so far.
I have heard many Biblescholars about divorce, but it's not convincing at all, would you like to try me on that one, where modern scholars greatly err?
By the way no one of the church patriarchs thought of divorce either...it's a modern thing & they were closer to those days...spoke better ancient Greek...come on MG...I am quite an avid reader, living in a country with a longstanding tradition of Bible-criticism & hermeneutics...you want to tell me "that water boils"...but keep the teachers which please you...I don't mind....but I don't care for them.
