There are lots of things that I or science can't explain, yet, but so what? Does that mean those things can only be explained by belief in God? I think not.
Do you think mysticism or spiritualism is the appropriate response to things we can't yet explain? Superstitions fall into those categories.
The closest I come now to spirituality is only within the context explained in the book Man's Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl.
Evidence itself is usually not an explanation of anything, but only aids in the explanation.
