There's a lot I like in what I know about Buddhism, I have some friends who practice Buddhism but my knowledge of Buddhism is not extended. I'm convinced that a lot of benefit can be derived from meditating and one place to learn how to meditate is in some Buddhist teachings and practices. I don't remember ever describing myself as an agnostic.
