We have more in common than you might think. I just try to add to the discussion with different views now and then. You shouldn't take it so personally. I don't think it's interesting only to respond to posts so we can all sit around and agree with each other. I try to add to the discussion or rather just shut up if I have nothing to say. If I am doing a bad job of imparting that idea, I apologize.
I was vegetarian and started moving towards a stone-age diet myself.
I might still be a "believer" because that is my experience of the world I live in, but I am so eclectic and such a skeptic that I relate better to atheists than to religionists (often whatever discrepancies that may arise are a matter of terminology, definitions, perspectives and semantics).
I am as anti-dogma as you can get, so aware of my own and questioning them often enough, not too much so I don't dismantle myself faster than I can handle.
