How much of a Catholic was Hitler??

For me the equation Catholics = Christians is anyway somewhat invalid....therefore I was not so much "offended" when Paper Boy tried to put Hitlers warcrimes much into the "christian/catholic" corner, athough it has to be admitted, that Hitler was e.g. very fond of Luther...who is sadly remembered for all his rants against the Jews...in any case I had already heard in my late teen early twen years that Hitler wanted to rid Germany of the christian/jewish roots it had, once the victory was attained...
the following information in the link is quite remarkable, given the academic etc. background of the author...something of such sorts I had already read earlier...to some degree...whatever:

Personally I think Hitler was more into the occult, also an admirer of Nietzsche...plus his liking for Wagner etc....it could be that whathe said about the faith of the Bible etc. he said to pacify Christians &/or in grave "rereading" of parts of the Bible etc.
