It's interesting how so many of these cult leaders, in their early days practiced Victorian like principles with their "converts"/"disciples" while all along, behind the scenes, whether Jim Jones, David Berg, Tony Alamo or any other- they had other agendas. I encountered the "God Squad" (Alamo's group) in the early days of TF. There was some sort of history between Alamo and Berg at least as far as being very aware of each other and with a narcissitic personality disordered person, there can only be room for ONE.
It's weird to see how they all "take liberties" and attribute it to "God" when molesting children, turning women out to be hookers for Jesus or acting like old time kings with all sorts of concubines, splitting up families according to whim, attributing illness in a family or problem with children to the parents being spiritually out of it, and then ordering people to move their families within their cult, to another man (Jeffs/Jessop).
Children can start their periods as early as eight (that I have personally known of). pretty disgusting that this would indicate Marry Time- to any rational human being.
But the Alamo cult doesn't have the special LJR Jesus words. And their men aren't allowed to have vaginas.
