Thank you for the suggestion but I went as deep as I had the stomach and the curiosity for. I will leave that exploration to others more courageous than me who might be interested in exploring the issue at a much deeper level.
I appreciate some aspects of American Christianity but not everything is kosher. My positive and positive inclination towards American Christianity doesn't turn off my critical thinking and eliminate other aspects, such as the fact that it is an arm of cultural domination abroad. If that is negative, so be it. I think the world is better because of Jesus but the activism of many of His followers has had mixed results.
I don't know if you count yourself Christian, I do. I don't know if you consider yourself an American Christian, I don't. In either case, ask yourself about the ideas in the American Christian foundation that the country was a Christian country since its inception (not a business operation based in the U.K.), that the pilgrims came to America with Christian intentions not to kill the natives, etc. Good luck.
