It really did hurt both me and the children when we heard he was saying those things. They always use God and the bible to justify their own doings. I never thought of those verses. Then again, there's the other verse that if a man doesn't take care of his family, he's worse than an infidel. It always amazed me how they get around those kind of verses. I do remember even Berg saying that there are some things you have to pay for for the rest of your lives. If only I could find that quote, I'd send it to him.
You know, from what I'm seeing and hearing, I think this guy has his own cult within a cult. He won't let his own children from his second wife go anywhere or do anything outside of his little domain he has created. His oldest is 20 and apparently, he still doesn't even have his GED, and he wanted to go to some SGA thing at another home and the jerk made it too hard for him to go. The second son wants to leave the F. but even though he is 18 and can, his father is making it too difficult for him to realize his dreams. What an irony, here we rebelled against our parents and did things they didn't want us to do, but the F. expects their own children to follow like little robots. They are such IDIOTS!!! He has created his own cult where it's just his wife and kids and a couple of "childcare" helpers who are basically their maids. All he does is lie around all day and feed off of the public and the kids do everything. Aaarrrggghh, it just makes me so mad. Maybe I should write his leadership there and ask how they can tolerate such a mini-tyrant.
