Maybe you hit it right on the head but first I will say that I am comparing TF and Christian churhes in general. How do I know? My experience of many years and conversations with many other people. I agree that it is a generalization but serves the purpose of doing the comparison with TF. Does it not?
Not everybody in TF was a jerk, but after leaving most everybody treated you as "outside the walls".
So, maybe you are right but are still missing the point.
