Sometimes I go out singing with a friend. Yes at our age, 50 , we do that and it is fun. Beautiful romantic, sometimes italian songs. Gets people. Is a good way to go out and have some fun, and sometimes an invitation for more.
Singing can be almost "therapeutical" . I know it works, cause it got me going out of myself, widen my aspects again.
