I am a (night)-owl by "profession"...since 10 years I only work on nightshifts...may be not too healthy...but that's the way I have it.I didn't choose it, I was "asked into it", then not knowing what advantages - moneywise - it all held for us...these were the ten fat years...let's see about the next 10 years????
So on free-non- workdays I don't immediately switch too the "right" rhythm...
