It's posted above in a new thread now. From time to time "new" posters show up who are in reality banned users who fake multiple identities and go great lengths to mask their location. But there is always something that gives them away, and technical things we can track (we use customized software, had/have criminologists and security experts in our staff). This one reads very much like a certain persistent banned returnee we know of.
