The article is interesting...I haven't read all the online-comments yet...anyway, it says, that the members of the group have mainly been selected by the former Bush administration...as in many countries, it would appear one thing to have rights on paper and your rights enforced in an area dominated by some religious majority...
I think that's where staunch Hindus don't get the point...may be conversion is easier in India then say a muslim-dominated country...still a far cry from the tolerance many propagate...just by their rhetoric/political speeches:
