her.Often it's the close or "distant" relatives (in more meaning than one)...who can & want to lend a helping hand...plus the organisation CB refers to...they are the ones also who wrote the book/biography "not without my sister"...is she a young adult...meaning of legal age (depending on the country of course)?...What difficulties are you confronted with?Funds?Housing?...resistance of some kind?
How much travel..translocating would be involved...any "hang ups"/difficulties/?
