From the inside

Assuming it is known that TFI has undergone and continues to make various changes in what used to be tradicional policy, I'm curious to know just what you think of it. Spare the common and rather weak argument of "just trying to keep more members as they've lost so many"; I've heard that one before, I'd like to hear something a tad more valid, more intricate. As far as I've seen, the changes made are more than positive, basically freeing the individual to pursue what he or she wishes without the heavy conscience of being out of 'God's Will'. Also, changes to family rules and traditions have ended certain practices or modes of operating which were no longer valid or practical simply due to the changes of the modern world today. All in all, TFI seems to be developing into quite an advanced and evolved organization, and from what I've seen, member satisfaction is at a high. Past happenings and history aside, what do you think of it now?
