Since some time I have been following this...starting years ago by first being intrigued by how oriental marriage-ceremonies...especially the Indian ones I knew...seemed to have more symbolism relating to the Bible...then what is left in "simple Christian" marriages nowadays...
Therewith a lot of the meaning of Jesus as the groom and the church...believers...including messianic Jews...as portrayed in the NT gets lost IMO...this is sad...as there is a lot as an inspiration in the various parabels and accounts.
