Will be comenting on this later. I have done studies on "servant leadership" and more expressly "shepherd leadership" of which did not exist in TF. Think of an organization and its leadership structure as a pyramid. In TF and most organizations leadership begins at the top and comes down. In servant leadership the pyramid is inverted and the leader is at the bottom supporting employees/memebers/customers from the bottom going out and up.
