In no way can I agree with what Pat Robertson said, and at the same time I will not put him on the same level with TF. I've talked with several of my ministerial associates about his comments and the consensus is that he is someone who needs to keep his mouth shut. Other tahn that I have no comment on Robertson or TF especially TF.
The outpouring of prayer, which is a powerful force and the outpouring of man power and finances from those of the Church, and I mean the Church as a whole to the diasaster in Haiti is incredible. Especially the American churches. I will post two links here. One for the denomination I am associated with whose outreach organization is Convoy of Hope. At the same time I will post a link to Operation Blessing, associated with Pat Robertson and CBN. These are only 2 of the many outreaches from the Christian world pouring out to Haiti in an unimaginable situation.
If anyone can post any links to atheist organizations that leading a concentrated effort to help in Haiti it would be enlightening.
