Either you aren't bothering to read my posts or you are a really dodgy person, or you are used to one-way communication and non-commitment or you are only participating this discussion half-heartedly perhaps due to lack of time. I suspect it is all of the above--and I mean no offense here--because you have a pattern of not following through, and not listening.
It has always been difficult for me to relate to you because you are quite the politician, glass-like, impenetrable and unreal. You have other people bare their souls while you take a non-personal stance giving stock answers you found in a book somewhere (incuding the Bible).
It's easy-peasy for anyone to hide behind a veil of a belief system, to parrot teachings, without actually relating it to their own personal thoughts, real-life trials, errors and hardships. It's even easy to go around saying, "I have sinned, I am such a sinner," without actually saying anything real, relating anything in your personal life that might be of use.
This is what I wrote: "On the subject of sin however, I have a hard time accepting your statement that all sin is equal: 'There is no grading scale on sin of which is the worse and the least of sin.' Are you saying that stealing an apple to feed your child is the same as raping, plundering and then machinegunning a village of people in the name of God? I don't think so."
That should be more than enough context for you to answer. I only asked your position on this because it relates to a statement you made about there being no degrees of sin, no one sin being worse than the other. If you make a statement, you should stand on it. IMO, what you are doing is weaseling your way out of answering by saying you are not the judge.
