What I love about the above quotation is the description of spirituality including all people, with or without religion, and it describes characteristics of spirituality that are universally available to anyone to lean towards.
It's a fact that journeys are varied, post cult. What I am appreciating is that people, regardless of religion or lack thereof, can have the above characteristics. They are universal characteristics.
My journey is taking me on a path where I am celebrating the universality of spirituality.
