Having a relationship with Christ is not something that is from this church or that church or from TFI. It is something from scripture and has been around since Chrsit was on earth. When I relate my testimony of my past and my life in the cult to others, I tell folks that in the cult we believed everything we were supposed to believe and a lot more that we were not supposed to believe. I have a sermon/testimony that I have done in church titled "God Has Tatoos, Lots of Them". It relates my story and what I've been through and experienced and not matter what stage of life I was in I was is in His hands He was upholding me. Also how we are all in His hands. I use a Power Point slide which shows some heavenly hands with pictures of my wife and me through varios stages of life in the hands, also pictures of members of the congregation.
I would not be walking and talking this with out it and without the relationship I have with Him.
