Just a short little thanks to all who participated...I gained some new focus on the arguments/thoughts involved and as far as I am myself concerned...I keep collecting arguments "for my take"...which I simply gathered by reading the Bible pretty unbiased as a simple believer, without too much knowledge, necessary to dig deeper...therefore I simply make use of those researches who come with greater authority...from much greater authorities...due to their studies...
I realised, that the present worldwide Christian faith is under assault...first there is real faith
Hebr. 11:1 hypostasis... then apostasia 2.Thess. 2:3 can happen...this is the scheme from the garden through the times...John 1...either people love the light/truth or not...from this "dualism" I also see no room for something inbetween...(TF used to say a little bit pregnant as a picture...may be that can serve as well?)...Some topics which are highly controversial are in my file/drawer as yet undecided...a bit like Gödel and Heisenberg...difficult to pin...therefore PD might be right in saying that some things we won't be clear about until being on the other side.
However there are some things I want to be clearer about asap...since also the church has to decide, whom to fellowship with qand whom to exclude...I know they don't do it often for fear of loosing funds.
On top of it what about the danger of loosing salvation?...impossible...I mean the one thought of having had...not the one really of owing...thaqnks solely to the Lord.I still think, that the Holy Spirit moves us away from sinning (bad testimony for young in faith)...One could wonder/muse, whether Judas and Simon (Magnus, Acts 8)) were saved then as well...not my theme...just to explain my general concern in the debate
To end it here for lack of time...I came across a neat function searching for some Corinthian exegesis...(some books are super expensive...like the one of Wolfgang Schrage...I have only one portion of his commentary)...the better works are often saved in a PDF-file so here I found a PDF search engine...which could be helpful to others...sure they would also appear under google...but this is may be a shortcut to "better files"
I already gathered some additional good works:
