Sorry...that I didn't get @ yet to reply to the real interesting AA-topic/debate...I know an older church-brother...older to me by good ten years...who has been an alcoholic, but stopped the habit long time ago...thanks to faith.
I did come across this AA-subject some time back...many years...and some dwelt on the secretive character and so on...the obscure and whatnot...
religion and addiction might be some big theme/subject...

Interesting...kind of modern...but even old fashioneed...people argued like that probably since "aeons"...but is it that we're "static" or rather changing...so one changes opinions like clothes??
