I consider the skill to scrutinize information as
one side in life...the simple childlike faith towards devine revelation (supported through messianic prophecy...just have a look at Daniel 9:25,26 as "unbeatable") and a desire to let it form ones life is another.

There can be a harmony of such kind...my/our yes should be a yes and a no also a no...no double talk or hypocrisy...that's why I believe, such mind was in the apostles and early believers...God is not the author of confusion 1.Cor.14:33...I love to cite that, because HE and His son stand for the utmost will to reveal ultimately, to clear things up...therefore one can be certain the real Jesus...the truth ultimately will prevail, standing up...John 14:6

I believe in either something is true or false or yet undecided...I see too much of that "dualism" to think otherwise...and I don't mean on the level of sentiments, whether someone prefers strawberry icecream or vanilla or can't decide within a whole range of tastes.

I mean Bible-reading also to be spirit-feeding...if we're born again, I believe there is just this desire to read, what God has to tell us...for the others it's foolishness...Paul explains that well...to him it was first nuisance.

Also have a look, whether you can use your skills to defend the faith (like the earlier apologetics did...Tertullian etc.)

If you have these social science skills..please tell me whether this scenario is very plausible as put up by the most rigid sceptics and critics of Christianity:

Christ is an invention, a copy of some other heathen messianic figure and the early Christians just pushed that "idea" until it swept the world
step by step

First of all this take is totally ignorant of the messianic prophecies...second I want to see people with such vision...living in sort of communistic care for each other...in denial so to speak and enduring all kinds of afflictions and persecution...believing in an afterlife...with no visible sign to it...

Yes...very plausible to me...sarcasm intended.
This sounds so stupid to me...yet it's again and again cooked up...

Got to end here for the moment
