Your review seems to be pretty favorable, despite your differences with Calvinism, which, believe me, I can understand. I have encountered those in one Reformed denomination who maintain the "I have it right and you don't" attitude. As one wise Reformed theologian once said, "No one on this earth has perfect knowledge regarding the things of God." He went on to speculate that, just maybe, he himself had 80% of it right.
I will say that Calvinist don't presume to know who is saved and who isn't. Therefore, they certainly do believe in witnessing, but they (some Presbyterians, anyway) usually go about it differently than many non-Calvinist Protestants.
I don't know where OT2 is? Maybe he's busy with his class that he teaches. I know how much time and focus that requires.
