Yes,they do have Montessori-schools...the movement seems to be thriving from comments of their website:

A lot of famous people in Germany came from Waldorf-schools, which seem to be quite similar to Montessori-schools??...the only other way to have "better" schooling for your kids are private Christian schools, which ask for fees...there are some top Catholic schools, but they were recently in the limelight because of the sexual abuse...sigh.

I sent my kids to government schools of various kinds (either focusssing on arts or on old languages)

No, I don't have grandchildren...I "matured" late and had children later...they are occupied with their studies...though some "kids" their age marry also very young...

The description of the butterfly habitat was fascinating...I think a super experience for the children also if they think later in their life about being born again and all it's implication...wonderfully done of you...compliments

I think TF was also once discussing the Montessori-school-material...but if I remember right, they thought/knew to be doing it "better"...if you think of their way of "loving" kids...: ( but I think Montessori is not dwelling much on faith unlike TF???

I have again troubles posting: reason being, I had to unplug my rooter since my whole apartment/flat gets a total renovation, initiated by the building society and starting the rooter again, must cause new ID's (IP-numbers of various range)...which seems to cause WC's protection/filter system some problems...so I remain in queu
longer than desired...but I hope the explanation will suffice, why I am not responding sooner.
