It could be subjective. When an atheist is religous about his or her atheism, by disputing their non-belief to believers, it seems religous to me. As has been done through some links on this website to attack and dispute believers. Some say their religion is personal, is atheism a personal belief? Is non-belief a belief? Seems so to me.
