Hi, Farmer!

Always glad to hear from you, my friend. How are you doing?

The school year tarts this next Mon (Aug 23rd), so I am looking forward to that--I had SOME work this summer, on top of my regular school salary. Alaso. my step-Father volunteered to pay for the next step in my getting cetified as a full teacher in Special Education. I work mostly with autistic children (I'm reading up on autism this summer--fascinating!), as well as a few simply retarded, one ADHD kid (quite bright) and one Down's Syndrome kid (very sweet). One little gir's mom sent thank you notes regarding her girl's advancements--praise God--I pray a lot for the kids, like they're my grandkids, I guess. After my divorce, my ex doesn't incude me in her family in any way, as far as I know.

Calvinism doesn't interest all that much more, personally, than any other doctrines in general as an excultist and lifetime Bible student. But I have studied exhaustively, over the years; without believing it or looking for truth in it--it has a very small god who favors only a very smal group of "elect", and who has destined almost everyone he ever created, irresistibly, to hell. Sad.

Here in the States, in the Federal and local the prison populations, after all the Catholics (a GREAT majority of whom are illegals--there is an incendiary topic!), a HUGE majority are SOUTHERN BAPTISTS--Calvinists all!

I believe that the doctrine produces NO FEAR OF GOD, just like in TF. Duh.

NMy laptop flopped, adn I am here at the library--session's almost over--got to go.

In Him,
