That little voice talking to you IS God and Jesus Christ I believe or one of his angels (why not maybe our Guardian Angel). But to know when that voice talks to you or another voice that could be evil instead is to recognize it well evidently before admitting that same voice is Him or the Enemy one!
The tone of voice I realized is not the same. Evil thoughts are surely discouraging and look like thoughts coming from inside yourself more. The little voice is for its part clear, really short in words, and sounds different as firm but clear much without sneaky form at all.
That dream might have been from the Lord to tell you as an answer that you couldn't trust that girl... You are the only one to know really what happened afterwards to say it was a good decision not to stay with her as you said and it might have been a confirmation from Him then. Concerning that voice in that little testimony up here telling me to keep right much, it wasn't coming from me, I can tell you. Also I got a message talking about it to Porcelein here that it also meant that the youth were in dangerous dark situation in that house where I was leaving in as in "darkness" much, especially that girl M. my car went besides of then....
There are many experiences we could share about "hearing" from God here and I invite people to share testimonies about it too... :-)
"Hearing" from God is surely important! Why not talk about it more as it's an asset after leaving the cult and always?!
