or those students were strongly linked, or like George says bonded, to him so much so that they were able to subconsciously, or maybe even consciously, send urgent messages to him which his subconscious picked up. Strong enough for him to consciously pray for them. It wasn't so much that George was more sensitive to them than to his own children or other family but that those kids were more sensitive to him. Thoughts are real. They have energy. That's my explanation.
