You seem ok. Nothing was wrong in my post really and surely no bad intention. The opposite was my intention as I wanted to tell you to get it out so you feel better so we can now more about some details many could learn from.
I'm sure some people can help you here but as anywhere else choose the best ones, not anybody. Ex-members have lots of frustrations ion themselves to let go out for years... Sometimes we can heal completely from all shit but it takes less or more time... But one thing is sure some kept some harsh attitude from the cult, so take care!...
