Mail from one of my colleagues

Guys, look at what one of my colleagues just sent me.

> Subject: Thank you
>
> Yesterday was my first Father's Day without my dad. It was not particularly depressing...no more so than any other day without my dad. I did go to his still unmarked grave site and sat for a short while. I told him what a great father he had been and continues to be to me. And that was that.

> This morning I "channel surfed" to a preacher and paused long enough to hear him say that we must read the Bible, not around it. What a way to REALLY wake up!!
>
> Now I have just had the chance to read the remarkable account of Brian that you left for me. How wonderful. (She's talking about last Thursday when Brian brought Terry and his friends over to "put everything under the blood."
>
> I feel certain that God has put you into my life as a gentle reminder to come unto Him always. My father was a very committed disciple and the one I liked to observe in how to put God first. I guess you have been tapped to take his place for now!
>
> Thank you, Kathy, for sharing God and the love of Jesus with me. Simply seeing you in the hallway reminds me to stop and give thanks.
>
> I love you, Jane
