That's neat, about the workshops and stuff. I found the opposite true for me, I avoid anything that is self-help. I know there's a lot of great books and things out there, my dad is always reading and recommending something to me, and I have tried to get through a few books, right now I'm struggling through Seven Habits of Highly Successful People, and some like that. But for now I find it too close to religion, at least that's how I view it. But it's given my dad a lot of peace and a few answers, so I'm glad for that.
I like what you said about being members of God's true family, regardless of faith or race or religion. I agree with this, I just don't believe God can be limited to one religion only, it would be too 'racist'.
