A high Christology would be one that affirms the basic Christian belief of Jesus' sinless life and the Virgin Birth (where God by the Holy Spirit) created Jesus. "High" means they go the distance to stand by these truths. It's like getting an "A" in your studies.

A low Christology is where someone still "believes in Jesus" but feels perfectly free to say that the angel Gabriel came in the room and had sex with Mary and that Jesus is Gabriel's son. A low Christology would also have Christ fornicating with prostitutes and dying on the cross while suffering an advanced stage of syphillis or gonnereah. It's called "low" becuase while the person says they "believe in Jesus" they apparenly hold these basic truths in low regard.
