I think Donny has big ears, lives in a library and memorizes everything he hears or reads. It may also be that his bathroom book rack contains strong's exhaustive concordance, the bible, an all language dictionary and a concise but very detailed history of everything. In addition it is entirely possible when he was younger that he caught an oracle by the tail, keeps it in a little cage and trades food for answers as needed. Further rumour has it that the oracle is very content with this arrangement and has grown quite fond of Donny over the years.
