You said even in the dead churches some were still clean. That about sums up The Family. The Family is spiritually dead as far as I can see. They get their marching orders every morning from Berg, Al Capone, Marilyn Monroe & other whispering spirits, other dead people. I guess the little guys are the only ones there's hope for cause the big boys are sold out to that sickness.
But you were a leader once, so I guess there's hope, tho I don't hold out hope for Peter & Maria & Sam Perfilio & their ilk. Say, how's your book coming along anyway Ray? When do we get to read it? I have a suggestion for a title, taken from Bilbo Baggin's book: 'There & back again'.
