I think Christians can have a fellowship with Pagans, it depens on how you interpret fellowship. If you mean a 'worship' together, then no, but if you mean a friendship, talking, hanging out, then yes.
And about Mormons being Christian or not, they actually are Christian, if Christianity is based on John 3:16. They do believe that Jesus is the Son of God, which to me seems to be the main requirement for being a Christian.
