However, that might just explain why in the Narnia novel, "Prince Caspian") he has the young schoolgirl, Gwendolyn, with Bacchus' Maenads helping her "take off some of the nnecessary and uncomfortable clothes she was wearing" and then join them in a wild dance. (In the chapter, "How We Were All Busy") As you know, Bacchus was infamous for his wild sexual orgies with his devotees, the Maenads.
Still, having said that, I doubt that CS Lewis was a pervert.
