There's nothing relativistic about the position that it is always, categorically wrong to treat another human being as a mere object of utility. Although we may claim differing sources of moral authority, we do agree that it is wrong to treat another human being as a mere object of sexual gratification.
I believe there are people who are sincerely mistaken in their views; however, if they do not present a clear and present danger to themselves or others, then their "mistaken" views are nothing more sinister than "different."
