God looks at the heart. And that's why some professing Christians who do "good works" don't necessarily have my respect because you know their intents of their hearts are not good. I believe God must be a fair and just God to be truly God. Therefore, I believe your sister has more chances of being close to God than sometimes other religious people who are cheaters and liars and other more awful things. Good for her and yes, God bless her.
