It would be a good thing if you posted something about how ordinary board participants should respond to an attack while it's going on...like, does a real-time response to the hacker make any difference and is there a 1-800 number for this board?
I often respond to hostility by making lemonade out of the lemons that are being thrown about. So I used the flaming as an excuse to introduce the Babelfish translation software at Altavista. Or talk about the importance of the research on HRT for aging boomer women...
