The word "Gentiles" is used several times in Isaiah 60. The word is "goy" or "goyim" - non-Hebrew nations. Of course, nations are comprised of individual people, so lots of individuals must be responding. I'm guessing the nations that "come to thy light" are the same ones among which we're to make disciples (Mt. 28); the same ones that bring their glory and honor into New Jerusalem and who partake of the healing leaves from the Tree of Life (Rev. 21,22).
