Alan, the main problem with emails etc is you cannot see people's faces or body language so it is hard to say if nc was being nasty or not. I think he felt very strongly about what he was saying and I'm not afraid of strong language to get a point across. However, having said that if you are trying to convince people of your beliefs they don't mean much if you don't practice them. The Bible says a lot of things and if you put them all into practice I'd say you'd be in a lot of trouble not only with the law but with those you are preaching too as well.
