I have just posted some preliminary research regarding a topic Anovagrrl suggested to me.
It is in regard to whether or not Thomas Jefferson ever endorced the idea of using preemptory military strikes against another country. My research has uncovered information that seems to support preemptory strikes against a domestic enemy. This information has just been posted on the Academic/Research board.
