I believe Matthew 18 is the definitive answer for this. When I read it, I believe God hates Moses David with a perfect hatred. I don't think it matters that at some time early in his life he may have understood salvation. The incalculable damage he did to so many, many lives I believe has rendered him into a state of punishment for eternity. He did not repent while he was alive.
The other night my 26-year old daughter came over to visit. She started reminiscing about her 19 years in the family and soon the tears were flowing. What she experienced, what she witnessed, what she had perpetrated on her has ruined her life. Only God can set her free from her past. It's going to take a miracle. And God is the last one she will turn to because in her mind, he completely failed her. I can sense God's anger at what she has endured and I don't personally believe he is anywhere near forgiving Moses David. He's just too evil. MHO.
