It seems you're still thinking about sexual matters. I am going to all of the other "commandments". I know of one culture with only three laws: Don't tell lies, don't steal, don't be lazy. There was only one penalty, death.
What I was asking was about the common laws, which you mention, but beyond the easy ones. The big ones are easy, the small ones in the gray areas are the difficult ones to sort, don't you think? Then you have the Napoleonic Code (adopted by many countries in the world) when people are consider guilty from the start.
