If you look at the tables from the sources you supplied, there are low estimates, mid-estimates and high estimates. The highest most damning scenario estimates for the WHOLE CENTURY of repression in China add up to 140 mil., while the kindest estimates place it at under 20 mil.
I did find the definitions of democide intersting. While we're on the subject, you should look at democide in the African continent, brought on in the aftermath of colonialism. I'm sure that using the definiton of democide, you would find that western colonialist powers wiped out sometimes as high as 100% of the populations the colonized, and orchestrated violence through manipulating rival powers that led to a far higher number of deaths than 50 mil by the CCP on it's own people.
Interesting links, anyway, thanks!
